Karen Hill Scott

The Power for Changing “You” Changes Others Too.

SpeakersAs business owners, we must develop the capacity to analyze how much we can do and how much those who work in our businesses can also contribute.  Once we activate this very basic knowledge we can put it into practice---the trick is knowing when to take that step and sometimes, when to cut your loss.  Dr. Hill-Scott will provide a 5 point plan for change that “sticks” and offers some intuitive, very easy rules to remember for separating out true potential from false hope.

Hill-Scott is known throughout the United States for her knowledge and work in child development, particularly children’s media content.  But it’s how the work has been done; almost always from a framework of creating change, that has been the foundation of her success.
